Who we are

SoloAgent, operated by Devfeed, LLC ("SoloAgent," "we," "us," or "our"), provides a guided business launch system for therapists entering private practice. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the service at getsoloagent.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
• Practice profile: details you provide about your practice, such as specialty, treatment modalities, ideal client, pricing, credentials, and practice location preferences. This is used to personalize the deliverables you create.
• Content you create: the deliverables you draft and save.
• AI interaction data: prompts, instructions, and information you voluntarily provide when generating deliverables.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details, but we do not store your full card number.
• Usage data: product analytics such as pages viewed and features used, to help us improve the service.

How we use your information

• To provide and personalize the service, including generating drafts in your voice.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional email (receipts, account notices, and product updates you have opted into).
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To understand product usage and improve the experience.
• To meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.

AI drafting

When you generate a deliverable, relevant portions of your practice profile and the information you provide are transmitted to our AI service providers to generate drafts. These drafts are returned to you and stored in your account so you can review, edit, and export them.

SoloAgent's AI features are assistive tools only and do not provide legal, business, accounting, clinical, or professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs.

Please do not include confidential client information or protected health information in AI prompts or generated content.

How we share information

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We share information only with service providers that help us operate SoloAgent.
• We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, to protect the rights and safety of SoloAgent and our users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Service providers

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service. Each processes data only to provide its function to us:

• Supabase: database hosting and authentication.
• Stripe: payment processing and billing.
• Anthropic: AI drafting of your deliverables.
• Resend: transactional and product email delivery.
• PostHog: product analytics.

We may add or replace service providers over time. We require service providers to process information on our behalf and for the purposes described in this policy.

Data retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will generally delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law, tax, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your information. Deliverables export as plain markdown files. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable laws.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is intended for licensed or pre-licensed professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
