These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SoloAgent, operated by Devfeed, LLC ("SoloAgent," "we," "us," or "our"), at getsoloagent.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and Devfeed, LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SoloAgent is a guided business launch system for therapists. It walks you through guided steps that produce real deliverables, such as a niche statement, pricing, bio, and intake workflow, personalized from your practice profile.
SoloAgent provides educational guidance, workflow recommendations, and drafting tools intended to assist therapists in building and operating private practices. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, client acquisition, revenue, licensing approval, or professional success.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may disable accounts that present a security risk. The service is intended for professionals aged 18 or older.
Keep client information out of SoloAgent. SoloAgent is not intended for storing client records, therapy notes, protected health information (PHI), or other confidential patient information.
We reserve the right to change pricing in the future. Any pricing changes will not affect your current billing period and will be communicated in advance.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which may be updated from time to time. Our current refund terms are summarized in our FAQ. Taxes may apply based on your location.
You own the inputs you provide and the deliverables you create. We do not claim ownership of your content. To operate and improve the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, back up, and use your content to generate your deliverables. You can export your deliverables as plain markdown files at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit any content to the service.
The service uses AI to draft content from your inputs. Drafts are starting points. They may contain errors or omissions, may be incomplete, and may not be appropriate for your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and determining whether any generated material is suitable before you use it.
Please do not include protected health information (PHI), therapy notes, or confidential patient information in prompts or generated content.
SoloAgent does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, insurance, licensing, clinical, or other professional advice, and its outputs are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

The SoloAgent platform, including its templates, workflows, guidance systems, branding, software, and designs, remains the property of SoloAgent and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your ownership of the deliverables you generate does not grant you ownership of the underlying platform, prompts, templates, methodologies, or software.
SoloAgent is an educational and drafting platform. You remain solely responsible for complying with your licensing requirements, ethical obligations, applicable laws and regulations, and professional standards of care. Generated materials should be independently reviewed, and adapted as needed, before you implement or rely on them. SoloAgent's recommendations do not constitute professional guidance or legal advice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee that generated outputs are accurate, complete, legally compliant, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SoloAgent during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost business opportunities, or lost data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
You may stop using the service at any time, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, security concerns, fraud, abuse, or to comply with legal requirements. Following termination, we may delete account content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention practices. Content you have already exported remains yours.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
